I thought it was too early to leave a review because I’m only on my first packet BUT the difference in my energy is incredible. I also thought it might have the same effect as iron when it comes to constipation but not at all. As well as all the other benefits this product offers, it’s a big tick from me and would highly recommend!
One month in and so far so good. Easy to take with the beef spleen capsules and hoping to see some movement in iron levels.
