LYG Collagen is easy to use as it disolves easily. I use in my black tea each morning, in the winter I put it in porridge. Great in a smoothy too. I've been using for over 12 months. Love it.

I have been using the LYG Foundation Box products for 3 weeks after receiving an Inflammatory Arthritis diagnosis and daily debilitating pain and inflammation for 6 months.

I wanted the Beef Liver for my daughter who has been low in iron and saw the Thymus was also good for reducing histamine. I'm not low on iron but I'm perennially tired so have been looking for something to help with that. I had read about lactoferrin and thought I'd give it a go, but also bought the beef liver capsules (because why not!?). I started taking the beef liver capsules in the morning and lactoferrin at night. Almost two weeks in and I feel a definite change in energy levels. I can get through the day with just my morning coffee rather than having three throughout the day and still feeling tired. I've also noticed less bloating than usual, which is a big bonus. The problem is I have no idea which of these tablets is responsible for the changes - it could be one or both of them but it's definitely working and I'll keep going with both. As far as capsules go, they are both easy to take and have no aftertaste.

I was looking for an all rounder and I love that this contains both protein and collagen. I just wanted something to add to my shakes that's good for my gut and promotes healthy skin and I'm really happy with this product.
Started taking Lactoferrin because my ferretin levels were low.Since retesting blood work my levels are normal.Also taking it for gut health since I was never breast fed.Improvement in gut health also.I highly recommend taking Lactoferrin for its multyple health benefits.
