After fracturing my wrist and needing to increase my protein intake, it was suggested by my GP to include a protein supplement. I really liked the ingredients of LYG whey more protein and loved that it was unsweetened, unflavoured and ethically sourced.
I will definitely order again as I'm loving my breakfast smoothies and there is no digestive discomfort. So happy

Traditional Iron supplements really messed with my body. This bundle has been an energy saver during pregnancy! I'm two weeks in and already feeling better. I use the Fulvic and Humic concentrate in my morning glass of water and use it to wash down the capsules and then make myself a collagen coffee later in the day. Its really easy to get it all in.

I love love loved your recipes, they kept me going for years, reduced all the inflammation in my diet and also helped me prep food from scratch which really wasn’t much more effort or different to meal prep for my family. I loved the ‘cook like grandma’ stuff!! The LYG box turning up for 6 months definitely healed my gut! I’ve used the recipes and followed your philosophy for years. I bought this to make gummies as an easy way to get gelatin into my system. It worked really well, dissolved easily and set nicely. So happy to be using a product from grass fed animals.

I have chronic neuropathic pain with a lot of medications that have made my gut very unhappy. After two weeks of the foundation box I am less bloated, pooping without my nightly movicol and less squirming in the gut. It did take a while for the first box to arrive and the emails are sent based on a fast postage which isn’t aligned. I did like all the information cards that I could stick on the fridge. Would recommend. The cost is the same as a naturopath consultation and for my experience, better results.

For 44 years I’ve struggled with gut health… 3 weeks in and I feel the best I’ve ever felt digestion wise.

I am so glad I found this tea. I have a neurological disability which compromises my body’s ability to process waste.
I notice, in my body, when I haven’t had the tea. And I notice in my body when I have had the tea. Like, if I don’t have it for a day or two, I feel bloated (but before this tea existed, I didn’t used to know that I was bloated, because I thought that my tummy problems would be with me my whole life, and I didn’t recognise the difference between feeling full, feeling hungry, and feeling bloated).
I never, ever, ever, ever thought that my appetite would be “normal” or that my hunger cues would balance out, but they both have improved a great deal. If I don’t drink the tea for more than two days, I notice a big difference.
I hope this company never stops making this tea! If, for some reason, LYG decides to discontinue the tea, I want them to please contact me beforehand so I can buy a lifetime supply (for me, 40+ years)!!
I wish I were kidding, but I am not. And I bloody love this tea.
Anyone with bowel issues or unexplained cravings or terrible, terrible PMS, give it a go.

I’m using this a couple of times a day by putting a drop in my water. It’s tasteless so is easy to drink. I’m using it as a tonic to easily get more minerals into my diet. So far so good.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but this product is so moisturising it really is unbelievable. I use it on my neck sometimes (60 year old neck !) and it really does moisturise it so that it’s smooth and no wrinkles - I love it

I have been taking this product for two weeks now. I’m in perimenopause and suffering from random autoimmune symptoms. This is soothing and gentle as I work on my gut health.

The protein powder is the best! Nothing else like it out on the market

So simple to include in your daily habits, I mix mine into coffee. Very little flavour if any which id describe as slightly vanilla. Find that my overall health increases but have been taken in conjunction with Bentonite clay so yet to see the benefits in full yet but has helped me combat serious microbiome issues.

I’ve put the protein powder in smoothies and you can’t taste it. Perfect as a base for anything. Great product but the website is a little hard to use

I am 7 months postpartum with my 3rd child this year has been a tough one with the loss of my mother who I helped look after til she passed. I have two older kids 8 and 6 and a hardworking husband. I started taking the BEEF ORGAN MULTI CAPSULES- LIVER a couple of months ago. I have more energy than ever before. I’m not sure I should with everything on my plate but capsules are the only things I have adjusted to my routine and my body is loving me for it! I cannot recommend these enough!!!

I have been taking this beef liver and thymus supplement for 2 weeks. I selected this as I need to increase my iron as it is low postpartum and in the past 5 months have been doing big renos and my allergies have been ridiculous and took cold washes and antihistamines daily/frequently.
Within the first week I could feel my inner-irritations (histamine) subside and this second week my skin has cleared up and swelling has gone.
This is major and I will continue for a few months until I am 6-9 months pp and complete another blood test to check my iron and histamine levels.
