I add a scoop to my coconut water & give it a bit of a whisk as it can be take a little time to dissolve if not using a blender. No taste. Love it
Im onto my second batch of these. I only take one tablet a day to every second day. If im feeling run down ill take two a day. But ive found these so goods. My energy levels feel much imporved since beginning these, and my hayfever hasnt seemed as bad this year. Great to know its all natural and its gentle on your stomach.
