This has been really supportive for me as I remineralize after pregnancy, birth and while breastfeeding.

I’ve had really debilitating period pain since I was a teenager. Every cycle came with cramps, and I honestly can’t remember ever having a period without them.
I’ve been taking humic and fulvic for about four months now, and something I didn’t expect at all has happened, my cramps have stopped! Each month since starting, my period has been completely pain free.

I have experienced an issue with the bottle leaking (I do believe this is due to travel and transport companies throwing the box and not taking care) however after speaking with the support team this has been rectified immediately and extremely professional from LYG.
I continue to explore more of the range as the quality is better than others out there and hits the mark every time with customer service and product quality.

My body is unrecognisable now. I had no idea how flat my belly is. I had been so bloated for years to the point my body couldn’t read hunger. My tummy never made ‘noises’ it was concrete. I now feel my stomach bubble, digest food, and I can ****! I used to sometimes only **** once a week.
So far so good. Definitely stops any kind of hunger for me, I can drink it in the morning & last til lunch so when I’m particularly busy, this is useful! I add a scoop to my coconut water & give it a bit of a whisk as it can be take a little time to dissolve if not using a blender. No taste. Love it
Im onto my second batch of these. I only take one tablet a day to every second day. If im feeling run down ill take two a day. But ive found these so goods. My energy levels feel much imporved since beginning these, and my hayfever hasnt seemed as bad this year. Great to know its all natural and its gentle on your stomach.
I started using this when i got my first box. Now its become a staple. I find it has helped alot to my overall general health. I certainly notice when i havnt used any in awhile. Great supplement !
