Such amazing clean ingredients. Easy add on to any shake, smoothie. Dissolves nicely and doesn’t really have a taste so super easy to integrate 🫶🏼

I bought LACTOFERRIN CAPSULES and also ORGANIC BEEF LIVER CAPSULES and started to take them a couple of weeks ago. I'm not low on iron but I'm perennially tired so have been looking for something to help with that. I had read about lactoferrin and thought I'd give it a go, but also bought the beef liver capsules (because why not!?). I started taking the beef liver capsules in the morning and lactoferrin at night. Almost two weeks in and I feel a definite change in energy levels. I can get through the day with just my morning coffee rather than having three throughout the day and still feeling tired. I've also noticed less bloating than usual, which is a big bonus. The problem is I have no idea which of these tablets is responsible for the changes - it could be one or both of them but it's definitely working and I'll keep going with both. As far as capsules go, they are both easy to take and have no aftertaste.

I was looking for an all rounder and I love that this contains both protein and collagen. I just wanted something to add to my shakes that's good for my gut and promotes healthy skin and I'm really happy with this product.

Started taking Lactoferrin because my ferretin levels were low.Since retesting blood work my levels are normal.Also taking it for gut health since I was never breast fed.Improvement in gut health also.I highly recommend taking Lactoferrin for its multyple health benefits.

I must agree with those who have gut issues and claim this works best taken alone at night. I have found great relief and thank the person who reviewed this item and stated they took it at night before bed. It works for me also. Another great quality product by LYG.

I have noticed a difference in my gut health and overall using Fulvic & Humic Concentrate. A bit goes a long way. No taste or flavour which I love.

After fracturing my wrist and needing to increase my protein intake, it was suggested by my GP to include a protein supplement. I really liked the ingredients of LYG whey more protein and loved that it was unsweetened, unflavoured and ethically sourced.
I will definitely order again as I'm loving my breakfast smoothies and there is no digestive discomfort. So happy

Traditional Iron supplements really messed with my body. This bundle has been an energy saver during pregnancy! I'm two weeks in and already feeling better. I use the Fulvic and Humic concentrate in my morning glass of water and use it to wash down the capsules and then make myself a collagen coffee later in the day. Its really easy to get it all in.
