I start my day with a glass of filtered water containing fulvic and humic concentrate, along with a pinch of Celtic sea salt. I prefer natural ingredients over synthetic ones and feel that this routine may be supporting my wellbeing, as I haven’t been sick this winter.
I’m really happy with this collagen. Knowing the source and purity of the food and supplements I use is a priority for me. I have it in my morning coffee every day, and it actually improves the flavour. My husband has started taking it too, to assist with joint support.
Love the beef organ capsules, I was very low in iron and had a over active thyroid. After taking these for a few months my iron is better and no longer have a thyroid issue.
Feel like since taking these combined with beef spleen my hair loss has reduced significantly. I really feel these have made all the difference as opposed to the organ capsule alone

Great product! The protein itself doesn't have much taste. Doesn't give my tummy any reflux and don't feel uncomfortable afterwards. Keeps me full when I use it as a meal replacement and has been a good post workout drink!
I love the MSM as it helps with my perimenopause related joint pain but also clears my skin up and makes my complexion brighter plus my nails and hair are so much stronger having taken a knock from declining hormones.
