Cashew Butter Collagen Cookies
Ingredients (Makes 9 cookies)
1 cup almond meal
2 tbl tapioca flour
3 tbl LYG collagen https://www.loveyagutsbox.com/products/collagen-plus
1/2 cup cashew butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maca powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Add wet ingredients together first, then mix in dry.
3. The mixture will be sticky, so use a ice cream scoop, or wet your hands slightly to
transfer the mixture onto the tray. It will make 9 cookies.
4. Wet your hands again and press down lightly on the cookies.
5. Cook for 15 minutes and allow to cool on the tray.
