I love this protein. Due to health reasons I can’t have gums, lecithin or emulsifiers. I hate fake **** sugers hidden in products. Hence why I keep this protein powder as a staple to top up my daily protein intake. It’s gentle on my stomach. Add a couple of spoons of milo as it’s a post workout success.

I am amazed at the info about this product. It sounds amazing hence why we purchased our first lot of lactoferrin. My daughter had been battling a staph infection that despite two rounds of antibiotic hadn't disappeared. We began giving her the lactoferrin and along with other supplements and ozone therapy we now have the all clear. The other thing that alerted me to this product was the fact that it helps with low iron which has been something my daughter has also struggled with. We already give her the liver capsules so we are hoping the next blood results will show an improvement.
I’ve suffered from bloating and constipation for decades. I’m now in my Peri Meno phase and going through some massive personal stressors and still saw improvement. I found the Bentonite clay and tea the best… tea helped me unwind before bed. I liked the daily emails which provide tips and hints.
Ive tried quite a few protein powders and they always leave me feeling bloated so I thought Id give this one a go. I've known for awhile that my almost non existent iron levels started in my gut not working right- (same issue with my 70yo mother & 29yo daughter. Then I found LYG. I ummed & arghed about the subscription price for a week or 2 before committing and it was the best decision I've made this year.

I haven’t had caffeine or my litres of Pepsi Max instead I’ve swapped to almond milk and water! I must say I’m pretty proud of myself. I loved all the supplements in the foundation box but I felt I didn’t really have any real need for the ph strips.
Personally I loved the balance product a lot. The MSM was lovely too. I used chat gpt to stack these supplements during my three day Sol juice cleanse and it was just “French air kiss”
The capsules arrived relatively fast at the remote place I am living in. They were not overly packaged though enough to withstand some bumps or throws on the way. Not too big capsules so relatively easy to swallow with some water or lemon water ! Lets see how it will impact my body and mind on a longer term... thank you!
I started using this wonderful protein powder earlier this year to support my gut and body. I am so happy, I use it in my smoothies, muffins and mix it into my yoghurt.

Love these little pills. I have suffered shoulder issues for over a year, tennis elbow for the past 6 months and aching knuckles and after a month of using these I have noticed greater movement and less pain in my shoulder joints, my tennis elbow has gone and the knuckles are pain free. I have ordered more and have given my mum a bag of these to try to relieve her osteoarthritis.
I originally ordered these for my daughter who in the past has had low iron, since taking these her iron levels are normal now. I have now started taking these as I have been feeling tired thanks to menopause and they have given me the energy to get through my days of work and fitness. I like this protein powder as it has no flavour so it great for adding into cooking or adding to drinks. No bloating so easy to digest. Fills me up so great for a meal replacement.
