I started taking the Balance powder after some ongoing struggles with Candida on my face and in my mouth. After a month of having it every day with water I’m feeling like my gut health has improved and my Candida has mostly cleared up. It’s very easy to mix into water and quite a mild nice taste with a hint of cinnamon. I’ll definitely keep this in my routine.
I have begun taking one Lactoferrin capsule once a day to see if it helps with Painful Bladder Syndrome/IC.

I am Happy with this product what does it matter if this arrives in a pouch then a glass Jar this product builds up your Iron and I am happy with this.

I ordered these and expected a glass jar as it is advertised and they arrived in pouch that can’t be recycled.
I’m an active person but after taking LYG’s for a bit over a week now I am feeling real energy back in myself. The difference is I guess I don’t have to push to get my energy it’s just there. The Bentonite Clay had a noticeable soothing effect from the first use. I’ve settled into a routine of how I’m using my first box and the daily support help tips have been beneficial.
