Each box was for a month, but I found that there was plenty of product in there to last well over. I've completed 6mo now. I came into it with a lot of health/gut issues. The one thing that's noticeably different is I have significantly less acne than when I started 6mo ago. For that I'm grateful, and I hope it's also healed my gut in ways that aren't visible to me on the surface.
