Enjoy with all your favourite toppings. This can be served with as sweet or savoury. But if you are looking more for a savoury flavour try adding all your favourite herbs to the recipe! We love adding rosemary and thyme :)
You will need:
✔️1 cup of buckwheat Kernals
✔️1 cup quinoa
✔️4 tbsp psyllium husk.
✔️1/4 cup chia seeds
✔️1/4 cup Flaxseeds
✔️3/4 cup of roughly chopped almonds
✔️1/4 cup of linseeds
✔️3/4 cup of sunflower seeds
✔️1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
✔️good pinch of salt
The Super simple method!
1. Soak buckwheat & quinoa overnight in filtered water, add a little acid to this i.e juice of half a lemon or a cap full of apple cider vinegar.
2. Mix all ingredients together and add 1 1/4 cup of filtered water.
3. Let the mix rest on bench for 4-6 hours (the longer the better). Make sure it is in a warm spot and covered with a tea towel.
4. Cook in preheated oven 150 C for 90 minutes. Let the loaf cool completely before trying to cut into it.

I love the feel and moisturising effect of the tallow balm, it's really helping the dry skin on my hands. The only thing I don't love is the Tee Tree scent, would love a different scent option....lemon perhaps? :)

Have been taking these for one week now and already feel more energy. Seemed a lot at the very beginning, but doesn’t take long to get in a rhythm when to take everything.
