Fluffy protein pancakes

- 1 ripe banana

- 2 eggs

- 1/2 cup @barambahorganics cottage cheese

- 2 scoops love ya guts whey more protein powder

- 1/4 cup buckwheat, cassava, spelt, tiger nut flour

- dash of Milk (I used raw milk but you could also use almond)

- Cinnamon

- Salt

- 1/2 tsp baking powder


Toppings

- Butter

- Maple syrup

- berries


Blend all the batter ingredients until smooth. Heat butter in pan and pour batter into little pancakes. Cook on one side until little bubbles form on the top then flip. When golden brown on both sides, remove from heat and top with maple syrup, more butter and warmed berries.
