FISHY FRITTERS
What you need:
- 1 tin of wild caught mackerel (or any fish, salmon would be nice too)
- 4 eggs
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp of Love ya guts bone broth
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup tapioca
Optional add in:
- more fish
- chopped herbs
- spring onion
- grated cheese
- grated veg
Method
1. Fry In pan with Ghee or butter until for about 3-5 minutes or until brown
These are a super high protein and nutrient dense snack/ meal for everyone. And a great alternative to sweet pancakes.
