Ingredients (Makes 12 balls)
½ cup pumpkin seeds, ground into a meal
½ cup sunflower seeds, ground into a meal
1/3 cup almond butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbl maple syrup or raw honey
2 tbl coconut oil, melted
2 tbl cacao powder
¼ cup collagen powder
Pinch sea salt
1. Grind the seeds into a meal using a food processor.
2. Add the seeds to a bowl, then mix in the cacao powder, collagen & salt.
3. Next, add in the almond butter, vanilla, sweetener and coconut oil.
4. If required, add a little bit of coconut flour to reach a rolling consistency.
