7 easy habits to start improving your gut health and overall well being

Here are my top 7 that I would encourage you to start incorporating into your days and weeks.

There are so many things you can focus on, but perhaps all you need to do is narrow your lens and focus on little things that will have a bigger impact.

While these habits may not be ultra specific to the gut, they have a very positive effect on your quality of life and whole body.

  1. Get Morning Sunlight On Your Skin As Soon As Possible After Waking
    Morning sunlight exposure helps regulate the body's internal clock, known as the circadian rhythm. Exposure to natural light in the morning helps synchronize the circadian rhythm
    Morning sunlight has also been shown to improve serotonin production, reduce cortisol and regulate the metabolism

  2. Eat Enough Protein Throughout The Day
    Aim for 30-40g of protein per meal.
