Ingredients (Serves 4) 1.5 kg boneless pork shoulder 2 tsp cumin 2 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp sea salt 2 cups bone broth ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Method 1. Combine the cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chilli flakes and salt in a bowl. 2. Rub over the pork and place in the slow cooker. 3. Add the bone broth and cook on low for 8-9 hours. 4. When finished cooking, use two forks to shred the pork apart. 5. Serve in wraps topped with smashed avocado and slaw with some low sugar BBQ sauce or with a side of roasted vegetables.

Not sure what the issue is but I don’t have this problem with any other online orders I place weekly. Will be buying my supplements elsewhere now. Not reliable enough.

I am about to start month 4 of LYG box. I committed to 6 months. I am never bloated anymore, my sugar cravings have decreased and my period isn't as heavy or painful anymore. I have been a lottle slack the passed few weeks on diet but use my LYG products religiously and I am feeling so much better.
This is actually my 2nd box loving your products. I feel I’ve lost a lot of my bloating & have a lot more energy & feel fitter. The bentonite clay is definitely doing it’s job of cleansing my gut although I tend to wee a lot more, so I guess that’s helping with my fluid retention.
