💛 The Gut Loving Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Whey More Protein

  • 1 cup raw milk (or high-quality full-fat milk)

  • 1–2 pastured egg yolks

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

  • 1 tsp raw honey or pure maple syrup (just enough for a natural lift)

  • Optional: a dash of cinnamon, cacao or a few ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into your favourite glass or jar and sip slowly.
