Beautiful gelatinous chicken stock

2 chicken frames
6-8 chicken feet
6 L filtered water
2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
1-2 tsp of unrefined salt
Optional Extra:
- Whole Onion (chopped in half)
- Garlic (a few cloves)
- 3 Bayleaf
1. Add all ingredients to the large pot
2. Bring to the boil over high heat
3. Skim off the dirty muck that rises to the top
4. Turn heat down and simmer (with lid off) until liquid has halved. This should be 2-3 hrs max
5. Strain into a bowl and set in the fridge to cool down overnight.
