First time finally trying bone broth and I find it easy to drink and I actually enjoy the taste alot. I think ive found a new staple in my health and tummy journey.
I am only on day 3 of taking the bundle. I went from no bowel movements in up to 4 days and when i did go it was like rabbit poo and a struggle to 2 days in a row ive comfortably gone to the toilet. Im so excited and shocked to be honest. Really hoping it continues as ive suffered with bowel problems for years and years now and ive had an absolute enough of it, and yes ive tried many things. So far so good. Please please continue body.

Iron was low at 28 weeks but with the beef spleen paired up with the Lactoferrin, I’ve been able to get it back up while maintaining a meat rich diet. Thankful for Love ya Guts as I’m feeling energized and know that the supplements are pure and well sourced!

I love this product because it’s clean and there are no nasty chemical additives. It has no taste and can be added easily to a range of foods. We love to add it to our breakfast smoothy along with the whey more protein. My husband used to complain of clicky knees and he thinks this has helped. Having had poor gut health for so e time (bloating, acid reflux, and irregular bowel movements), within 7-14 days, I felt a lot, lot better. I started taking 4 of these tablets each day after daily iron supplement was not working (after major bowel surgery) and iron levels were consistently very low with a higher risk of needing another iron infusion. Surprisingly, my iron levels tested higher after I started taking this supplement and so now including it daily and have also started to notice an increase in energy levels - finally :-)
