Im onto my second batch of these. I only take one tablet a day to every second day. If im feeling run down ill take two a day. But ive found these so goods. My energy levels feel much imporved since beginning these, and my hayfever hasnt seemed as bad this year. Great to know its all natural and its gentle on your stomach.

I get out of bed, head straight to the kitchen, and this is the very first thing I have. 6 drops in a full glass if water, with my 2 MSM, 1 lactoferrin, and 3 or 4 beef organ capsules. Without fail. Honestly, I found it a little difficult to add/change my diet when I first bought the box. But I'm finding it a great incentive and small act of kindness to change things up and put my gut first for once.
I find it fun to take each ingredient and to read the info emails and recipes.

First time finally trying bone broth and I find it easy to drink and I actually enjoy the taste alot. I think ive found a new staple in my health and tummy journey.

I am only on day 3 of taking the bundle. I went from no bowel movements in up to 4 days and when i did go it was like rabbit poo and a struggle to 2 days in a row ive comfortably gone to the toilet. Im so excited and shocked to be honest. Really hoping it continues as ive suffered with bowel problems for years and years now and ive had an absolute enough of it, and yes ive tried many things.
