This tea is a delicious blend thatIi have made part of my evening routine. It's relaxing and a great way to end the day.
As many, I was digonosed with low/depleting Iron during my second pregnancy, I had heard nothing but painful, horrible reviews on pharmaceutical supplements which prompted me to research a natural method, with the support from my medical team at around 28weeks I started using this pregnancy bundle, by 40weeks my levels had return to a"normal" range with no further intervention required. I went on to have a natural birth with very minimal blood loss (large loss after first pregnancy) and a speedy recovery, i am now 4 weeks PP and will continue to supplement during my breastfeeding journey. I highly reccomend this product and the bennifits you can actually feel and notice! The only minor negative i did encounter was with the tablets repeating on me during pregnancy and found taking them with food helped a little, however this has completely stopped now postpartum. So happy I got these half way through my pregnancy. I was on track to needing to take a supplement due to iron getting low but at my second test my iron levels are now higher than the first! Also I haven’t caught any of the kids colds since taking these.
Thankyou for providing these products. Because you have to take the Fulvic drops, Bentonite Clay & Gelatin in water - I'm actually drinking water (I only drank coffee) so off course my skin is looking better & I'm sure my kidneys & liver are thanking me. I can say my stomach gets less bloated & the indigestion is alot less frequent and the itches I got (in the most inconvenient of places)from eating processed foods (which I have only so now & then) are gone. I have found it hard to remove "all" of the bad foods but I have noticed that I do feel alot better & not afraid that when I do go out I don't have to make sure there is a toilet nearby. Thankyou Brook & your team for taking the time to search for & create products that make our lives better
Love this soap. At first I wasn't sure about the smell but I've grown to love it and it leaves my skin so soft without any nasties. My partner loves it too on his skin.

This beef tallow soap has saved my skin, I suffer from perioral dermatitis during the season changes and before I started repairing my gut health. My skin is left hydrated and clear! I will never buy a cleanser again. It’s also the only soap I will use on my kids. The no fragrance is a huge benefit for me as I have a newborn also!
I looked into all the various collagens/liver supplements and seemed to get the best feedback from LYG. Collagen is great, and beef liver capsules are easy enough. I do find the liver tablets slightly thicker than other ones I take for other reasons, and sometimes they do make me gag as I’m sensitive sometimes to gagging with pills. But all manageable with food. I’ve also tried them tipped into food and rarely but sometimes detectable taste. But great value good product!
I was told I had low iron and to take your basic pharmacy iron tabs, but I have been taking these paired with the lactoferrin and it's made a huge difference, I genuinely feel better!
