I ordered these and expected a glass jar as it is advertised and they arrived in pouch that can’t be recycled.

I found out that my body needed to be ingesting spleen and then I found love your guts, who had them. I’m only a few weeks into taking them, but they seem to be doing their job. It’s wonderful to find an Australian based company, who delivers, and makes the process so simple. I’m now on a monthly subscription for the spleen capsules.

Had low iron and energy

I was told I had low iron and to take your basic pharmacy iron tabs, but I have been taking these paired with the lactoferrin and it's made a huge difference, I genuinely feel better!

Helped with my head spins

I have only been taking these daily for around 2 weeks, but have already noticed my head spins have reduced (have been anemic for as long as I can remember). I will get my bloods done again after two months, but so far so good!

Change

I had been taking this product with 3 jars purchased. And recently again bought as it did bring my iron concentration within my blood up, as I got tests.
Although this time around I've noticed a change within I think might be the capsules. They smell more plasticy and this round the tablets almost stay lodged in my throat they are quite uncomfortable going down and feel like they get stuck and slowly make there way. Regardless of the amount taken.
I take other vits and mineral tabs each day and doesn't bother me. Just wonder if the capsule shell itself had change

Beef spleen full of goodness

I have always been low in iron and have tried all the chemist iron supplements but never liked them because they blocked me up. I love the fact these are from a natural source, not full of synthetic ****. I’m looking forward to my next blood test to check iron levels to see the difference they have made. They kind of smell like fish food, but don’t have a flavour if you just swallow the capsules. I haven’t tried opening the capsule to put on my food.
