I’m a busy mum of 4 and I really struggle to get enough protein during the day so as a result, i often burn-out early and end up snacking or over-eating at dinner time! I’ve used other protein powders before but the ingredients are HORRIBLE and i always worry about what they’re doing to me. I certainly wouldn’t ever feed them to my kids! I started taking the Balance powder after some ongoing struggles with Candida on my face and in my mouth. After a month of having it every day with water I’m feeling like my gut health has improved and my Candida has mostly cleared up. It’s very easy to mix into water and quite a mild nice taste with a hint of cinnamon. I’ll definitely keep this in my routine.
I have begun taking one Lactoferrin capsule once a day to see if it helps with Painful Bladder Syndrome/IC.
I read a review on an American IC Network that said it is worth trying.They recommended using Lactoferrin produced in Australia and not the US.I was really pleased to come across your Website.So far I think the it is worth continuing taking Lactoferrin and my GP is happy with this.
