Really enjoying my first box. Haven't had bloating since I started. Win
I started taking these with the beef organ pills and BOY have I noticed a difference. I have been struggling with my immune system and having terrible periods. Both have improved notably, my naturopath asked me what iv'e been doing as she noticed a huge improvement! Not to mention I have more energy daily and my body has been able to handle more lately, my stress tolerance and resistance has gone up too.

I regularly take MSM and I just find it helps immensely with inflammation. I struggle with Hashimotos and I at times experience a bit of a flair and as soon as I do, im back on the MSM capsules. I noticed reduced inflammation, better gut health and the joint pain reduced. I also found MSM helped me get through a lingering ankle injury. It was just constantly aching and within about 2 weeks of taking MSM daily I realised I was not longer in pain. Game changer
I have been taking Lactoferrin daily alongside the Beef Organ Capsules for about 3-4 weeks and I have definitely noticed a difference. I have much more sustainable energy and am now skipping that 2nd cup of coffee to get me through the day! I also found a subtle but noticeable improvement in my gut health. Ive worked hard on improving my gut health and I think this was the missing piece for me. I am able to tolerate more foods again (hello Gluten!) I havent had my iron levels tested but I am feeling more energised. I definitely recommend pairing this with the Beef Organ capsules.
Five months into my LYG journey and this has become a daily stable in my LYG regime. I have it in my juice on the go to work. I have a 500ml bottle I put my juice in + the balance powder. It sets my digestive health for the day & tastes lovely.
Love the beef liver capsules. I take it as a natural alternative to vitamin b supplements and have found that they work way better anyway!
I really enjoy the flavour of this bone broth. I donβt like the taste of liquid broth so this powdered version is a great option.
I am anaemic and have always been on maltofer or ferrograd c as recommended by doctors. They always gave me added issues to my IBS. Since finding the love ya guts range my IBS issues have decreased and my energy levels are so much better. I have been taking these regularly for months and no longer need to take the nasty chemist bought iron tablets
