I am loving that this upgrade option is available, it’s great knowing I can fully commit for a full 6 months to my gut health and it’s great knowing that all the products are here. I know it might seem a lot to commit to, especially if you are trying LYG out for the first time, but I highly recommend the upgrade to save a little bit :)

Loving the pack so far! Haven’t noticed a huge difference but a bit less bloated, craving less and completely changed my diet to more animal based to help my PCOS and I feel like that combined with the pack is helping a lot 😍
