Loving the pack so far! Haven’t noticed a huge difference but a bit less bloated, craving less and completely changed my diet to more animal based to help my PCOS and I feel like that combined with the pack is helping a lot 😍

I have to say I wasn’t sure about LYG. I’ve been in a bit of a journey with Hashimoto Disease.
When I saw this pop up on Facebook my first thought was YAY something that’ll help. Then I became a bit sceptical when the delivery took a while long than I expected.
But 2 weeks in I’m really happy. I have more energy and I love the tea!!!

I have just completed the 30 day LYG nutrition challenge with some noticeable changes in my gut health. Now I want to continue this healing and that’s why I have committed to a further 6 months of LYG products with the ‘Upfront Upgrade Options’. The supplements in addition to the macro balanced meals and Brooke’s education is the lifestyle change needed to restore my microbiome to a happy and grateful gut!
I am satisfied with products, but feel mislead with the upfront ordering process. So now that I know I would advise be aware that the boxes are not posted all together up front and you will be charged an extra postage fee every time a box is shipped.
I have been following love ya guys on Instagram for a while and loving the content and promotion of a more animal based diet. It has certainly improved my overall health. On a recent blood test I found out I was low on Vitmin B12 so I started eating beef liver but could never disguise the taste so I decided to try these capsules. I’m hoping my next blood test will show my Vit b12 has improved. Customer service is a ten out of ten. All my questions were promptly answered in a friendly way. I wouldn’t recommend mixing the powder from the capsule in just water as it didn’t mix in well and tasted awful haha but the capsules are completely fine. Thanks love ya guys! I will definitely be ordering again.

Still breast feeding my one year old, starting feeling tired, or maybe low iron. Was recommended these products. Wow, definitely noticed a different. Will keep taking them for a while. They feel easily absorbed, and the drops in water you can bearly taste, I feel like my body craves it. I also added the beef spleen. Feel so happy not to be taking 'iron tablets'

I experienced crippling anxiety after taking the fulvic humic concentrate and the MSM capsules, physical and mental anxiety so badly I've stopped taking those and only just come right. The collagen plus and the loose leaf tea are great though. So far I have been hesitant to try the bentonite clay. Also I did not receive the free bonuses that were promised to me, I have emailed the admin, no reply so far.
Only a few days and my skin looks noticeably plumper and hydrated than before (others commented on it). Great product. Little bit of a beefy smell when you apply it (it's animal fat based so to be expected...) but it dissipates quickly.

I'm about half way through the first month and my digestive health has improved, my skin really flared up and I'm having lots of breakouts so not enjoying that part too much , but previously I was really suffering with constipation and abdominal pain and the past 3 weeks of following the nutrition guidelines and taking the daily supplements I feel a noticeable increase in my gut well-being, I also didn't realise just how big my portion sizes were and overeating and eating too fast was causing so much bloating ... im still waiting on some more diffinative results ( especially for my psoriasis and acne) but I'm learning loads on my journey and hopefully I'll get to where I want to be soon with my gut health
