Loving the pack so far! Haven’t noticed a huge difference but a bit less bloated, craving less and completely changed my diet to more animal based to help my PCOS and I feel like that combined with the pack is helping a lot 😍

I have to say I wasn’t sure about LYG. I’ve been in a bit of a journey with Hashimoto Disease.
When I saw this pop up on Facebook my first thought was YAY something that’ll help. Then I became a bit sceptical when the delivery took a while long than I expected.
But 2 weeks in I’m really happy. I have more energy and I love the tea!!!

I tried a lot of ‘nappy rash’ creams prior to the repair balm and nothing worked. Not only is is great for nappy rash but I use it as a full body moisturiser for baby and dry dog paws. Love love love!
My iron is low and I’ve been using these for about 2.5 weeks now and can already notice a difference in my energy levels, my nails have also grown a lot and feel stronger!
