Well worth it if you are able to purchase. Did find out later that all remaining boxes can be sent at once if requested, as shipping times are so unreliable ( no fault of Luv ya guts)

I have to say I wasn’t sure about LYG. I’ve been in a bit of a journey with Hashimoto Disease.
When I saw this pop up on Facebook my first thought was YAY something that’ll help. Then I became a bit sceptical when the delivery took a while long than I expected.

But 2 weeks in I’m really happy. I have more energy and I love the tea!!!

I have just completed the 30 day LYG nutrition challenge with some noticeable changes in my gut health. Now I want to continue this healing and that’s why I have committed to a further 6 months of LYG products with the ‘Upfront Upgrade Options’. The supplements in addition to the macro balanced meals and Brooke’s education is the lifestyle change needed to restore my microbiome to a happy and grateful gut!

I am satisfied with products, but feel mislead with the upfront ordering process. So now that I know I would advise be aware that the boxes are not posted all together up front and you will be charged an extra postage fee every time a box is shipped.

I am very disappointed in this company they may have a good product but their business model and customer service is very poor. I unfortunately read all the reviews too late. Buyer beware when getting ‘trapped’ into a subscription. Try the products before getting locked into anything permanent. That’s my advice!

Really happy with the Foundation Box which arrived promptly. The products are beautifully packaged and the accompanying instruction cards make everything very easy to follow. Very impressed with the generous daily emails which complement the supplements and give extra helpful information on nutrition, health tips and recipes. Can definitely feel improvements after three weeks and enjoy adding the supplements to my diet. Very pleased I started this journey.
