I get out of bed, head straight to the kitchen, and this is the very first thing I have. 6 drops in a full glass if water, with my 2 MSM, 1 lactoferrin, and 3 or 4 beef organ capsules. Without fail. There's a saying.. "start how you mean to follow". So I start my day & body the right way, by prioritising my health & mindset.
I follow with 1 tea, 1 coffee with collagen, breakfast, and juice with my balance powder, to have in the car on the way to work. I've been doing this for a year to-date because I love the products, and my menopausal body & brain need it. I'm all about self care now, and it starts with F&H xx
