These capsules are great, I've been taking them for just under 4 weeks and i have already noticed an improvement in my energy levels. I feel more energetic, my moods are improving, less exhausted, my gut has improved. I have been taking Celtic sea salt with it aswel.
I've been taking 3 capsules daily, I found having it with warm water or tea helps them go down, as they are bigger tablets than normal.
I don't feel sick when I take it on an empty stomach and no constipation!
I prayed to Jesus that they would help me and my body would absorb the iron well. My prayers were answered :)

Such a boost !
