I've started the first box about 3 weeks ago - and already ordered my second. I'm feeling A LOT better and really enjoying the daily emails with tips on nutrition. I've been vegetarian/vegan for the last 8 years so it was hard for me to break the rules (as a few items are not vegan) but I decided to give it a crack and I'm happy I did. Eventually I hope to go back to my strict diet. It would be good if the program was more catered to vegetarians/vegans as it has very few references to these diets.
I was already on a gluten free / dairy free diet. My reflux has improved and my energy levels are much better, as well as cramping.
I was sceptical at first, so lurked in the background for a while, but I got to the point where I desperately needed a lifestyle change and reset. I took the plunge and signed up to Love Ya Guts and I haven't looked back. I've lost 3kg in the first month and feel like a different person. My energy levels are amazing and my gut issues are already so much improved. I love the approach to eating real, good food at every meal.
The Love Ya Guts box has been a godsend for me.
While I have paired the products with a shift in my diet, I have to say it has really made a difference. It's been 3weeks now that I am taking LYG products daily (from the foundation Box), I have also stopped all gluten, dairy and sugar so this will be a factor, but my bloating is totally gone I was surprised to get my period this month as I had no constipation on the days leading up to it as well as no bloating like I usually get. My energy levels have also increased. Will definitely keep going with the product <3 (Ps: My bloating and gas got worse before it got better)
I’ve only been on this for a few weeks, but the bloating has definitely gone, I haven’t lost any weight, but I look thinner. I’m not as tired as I was. And I’m so regular now. I’ll keep going. I’m a happy customer
If you only take one thing this is the product to take. I add this to my water everyday to make sure my mineral intake is adequate for my bodies needs. Easy and tasteless.
I had low iron in my last pregnancy so wanted to do something to supplement this time around. My energy has been very low and I was really struggling. I’ve been taking the beef liver capsules for about 3 weeks now and seen a notable increase in my energy levels after only a few days.
Loving the tallow balm, my skin is feeling so much more hydrated and I’ve seen a reduction in fine lines around my eyes.
The tallow soap is great except I find the smell a bit off putting, would be nice if there was some tea tree in it also to disguise the tallow smell, though I am pregnant and extra sensitive at the moment.

So easy to get this in my kids daily drink and it is flavourless so my fussy kid can have it with no tantrums. Love it, and highly recommended.
I highly recommend this product for meeting nutritional requirements without needing to eat organ meats. I am extremely happy not just with this product but with this entire business and will continue to happily purchase products for myself and my family.
