Each of products are meant to be taken in water once daily, and can be mixed together other than the bentonite clay that needs to be taken separately.

I love the feel and moisturising effect of the tallow balm, it's really helping the dry skin on my hands. The only thing I don't love is the Tee Tree scent, would love a different scent option....lemon perhaps? :)
