Hi Brooke, thank you 🙏🏼 I bought your 6 months LYG box subscription a few years ago after awful diverticulitis hospitalised me. I love love loved your recipes, they kept me going for years, reduced all the inflammation in my diet and also helped me prep food from scratch which really wasn’t much more effort or different to meal prep for my family. I loved the ‘cook like grandma’ stuff!! The LYG box turning up for 6 months definitely healed my gut! I’ve used the recipes and followed your philosophy for years. I recently had a flare up, after life’s excesses and post menopausal guts, so re-subscribed to 6 months LYG box and in Week 1 I’m so happy and looking forward to the Teas, pills and potions with total trust! I’ve also referred all my old girl friends with the same dodgy guts as me 💖❤️‍🩹
