I started taking the Balance powder after some ongoing struggles with Candida on my face and in my mouth. After a month of having it every day with water I’m feeling like my gut health has improved and my Candida has mostly cleared up. It’s very easy to mix into water and quite a mild nice taste with a hint of cinnamon. I’ll definitely keep this in my routine.
