I’ve had IBS all my life & diagnosed with Endometriosis at 24, dealt with on going hormonal & gut issues for years & recently food allergies & sensitivity. I’m 4 weeks in in taking the LYG foundation box, and have noticed a slight improvement with my food allergies, so I will continue on with this journey & fingers crossed for more positive results.
